JEDI 3000 Ltd is a New Zealand registered corporation focussed on providing quality, affordable, convenient and safe accommodation to foreign students in Rotorua. We have been hosting international students from Toi Ohomai Polytech since 2012. Our four properties have rooms that can accommodate from 1 to 4 people. All properties are fully equipped with widescreen TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, kitchen utensils, bed sheets, blankets, duvets, pillows, study tables with lamps, mirrors and cabinets. Access to unlimited optical fibre broadband internet, power (with conditions) and water supply are included. All these properties are located in affluent and safe neighbourhoods. and they are within 1-3 min walk to the nearest bus stop. The minimum period of stay is 4 weeks. Children who do not require their own beds stay for free. The tenant is required to pay 4 week's rent in advance and a $100 bond at the start of the tenancy. At the end of the tenancy, $25 will be retained to cover cleaning and the remaining $75 of the bond will be returned to the student if everything else is in good order.
